Find freedom in vulnerability.

Counseling is a place to connect with a professional and learn how to share and process your story in healthy ways. By building a relationship based on acceptance rather than judgment, you can learn to objectively assess your journey and gain the skills you need to create lasting change.

How sessions work.

First, Taryn will work with you to explore your goals and the appropriate schedule that meets your needs. During your first few sessions, you’ll begin building the relationship and learning more about each other and what’s bringing you into counseling. Then you and Taryn will work together to decide the best treatment approach going forward.

About Taryn

A woman who is understanding, caring, and wants to help walk with you through your difficulties

Taryn’s goal as a counselor is to walk alongside clients as they process past and present difficulties while also learning to implement effective skills for change, healing, and freedom to occur in their life.

Her training incorporates faith and psychology to professionally address the needs of a client. She counsels from a Christ-centered perspective, but she has many clients who wish to not have religion or faith included in their therapeutic process, a right she respects with each client.
